First 10R

To develop a fast, fun, facile competitor was the challenge that Farr Yacht Design and Beneteau shared in the development of the First 10R. Beneteau called on Bruce Farr to give the First 10R a really revolutionary hull - both stable and powerful, with a large bowsprit forward allowing big spinnakers to be carried to advantage when reaching. A real winner's profile.
